Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 c. skim milk
1 c. fresh fruit pieces
3 Tbsp. honey
4 ice cubes
Preparation

Put all except ice cubes into blender.
Cover.
Process at \"liquify\".
With motor running, remove feeder cap.
Add cubes one at a time.
Continue to process until smooth.
Makes 2 servings, 285 calories each serving.
