Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. soda
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add oil and pineapple with juice.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla and blend.
Don't beat.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a tube pan.
Let cool before removing.
