Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. V-8 juice
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    seasonings to taste (salt, Tabasco sauce and lemon and onion juices)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    enough cold water to soften gelatin
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften.
    Add to boiling
    V-8 juice; cool.
    When cool, add celery.
    Pour into mold or individual molds and refrigerate until stiff.
