Low Cholesterol Marinade For Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

any fresh fish fillets
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. corn oil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of Tabasco sauce
chopped black olives
sliced fresh mushrooms
chopped pimientos
Preparation

Combine the wine, corn oil, garlic powder, parsley, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Pour over fish in oven pan.
Top with the olives, mushrooms and pimientos.
Let stand in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake fish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, less if thin pieces, or until fish flakes with fork.
