Potato Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    14 long frying peppers
    2 eggs
    dash of parsley
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    dash of garlic powder
    butter
Preparation
    Make mashed potatoes, but omit the milk.
    Fry 1 small onion in butter and mix with potatoes.
    Mix together Parmesan cheese and 2 beaten eggs.
    Add to potatoes.
    Add dash of garlic powder and parsley.
    Stuff peppers with potato mixture and make a cork out of bread for the end of each pepper.
    Place on an oiled roasting pan. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes on each side.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
