Jeff'S Chicken Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
7 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. cubed chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 pkg. (6) refrigerator biscuits
1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation

In saucepan melt butter.
Add onion; cook until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, rosemary and pepper.
Add broth.
Stir to mix well.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in cubed chicken, vegetables and pimento.
Beat until bubbly.
Pour mixture into cake pan.
Place biscuits onto top of mixture.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
