Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1 (10 oz.) apricot preserves
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine butter, cream cheese and sugar.
Add flour.
Shape dough into ball; chill overnight.
Roll out 1/8-inch thick.
Cut into 2 x 2-inch squares; place 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves in center.
Bring 2 sides together and pinch tightly.
Place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Place on cookie rack on waxed paper; sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot and again when cooled.
