Ingredients

5 or 6 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Put first 5 ingredients in the blender (safe).
In a square mold make the caramel with 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Stir on medium-high until it is golden brown (safe).
Put the mix from the blender into the mold with the caramel.
Cover with foil paper and bake in a double boiler for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Uncover the last 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Chill for 1 or 2 hours.
Turn it over and enjoy.
