Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can salmon (use liquid)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. meal
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. self-rising flour
    Crisco (for frying)
Preparation
    Preheat Crisco 1 1/2 minutes in saucepan.
    Debone salmon.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Beat well until frothy.
    Scoop out 1 teaspoon mixture; drop in hot grease.
    Cook immediately.
