Mashed Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed spuds
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
5 or 6 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix spuds, milk, shortening, sugar and salt;; bring to a boil and cool.
Mix warm water and yeast; add beaten eggs, flour and potato mixture.
Knead; let rise twice.
Make into rolls.
Note: Makes sticky dough.
