White Chocolate Saltines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (2 oz.) sq. vanilla flavored candy coating
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. salted Spanish peanuts
    3 c. thin pretzel sticks
Preparation
    Place candy coating in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Add peanuts and pretzel sticks; stir until coated.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
    Chill 20 minutes or until firm.
    Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
