No Knead Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift together the flour and sugar.
    Make a well in center; add oil and yeast water.
    Mix dough.
    It should form elastic-like strands when pulled from bowl. Pat top of dough with oil.
    Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
