Summer Squash Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed patty pan (yellow) squash
3 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Stir in sugar, flour, salt and pepper.
Add squash and tomatoes.
Cook over low heat just until vegetables are tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
