Key West Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. soft butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. coconut extract
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. coconut
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and coconut extract, then sour cream. Add coconut.
    Stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add to batter, beating it in. Divide into 2 lightly greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
