Hamburger With Guacamole Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 soft California avocados, pureed
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
1 small peeled tomato, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
hot sauce to taste
8 thick hamburger patties
8 hamburger buns, heated
Preparation

Mix the avocados with remaining ingredients except hamburger patties and buns.
Chill.
Grill the hamburger patties over hot coals to desired doneness.
Place on buns and top with avocado mixture.
