Minted Peas And Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Slice carrots 1/2-inch thick on diagonal.
In 1-inch of boiling water in medium saucepan, cook carrots with salt, covered, 10 to 15 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Also, cook peas as package directs.
