Broccoli And Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. broccoli
    3/4 lb. cauliflower
    2/3 c. bell pepper
    2/3 c. celery
    1 medium tomato
    1-1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. crushed green olives
    2/3 c. cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut broccoli and cauliflower in 3/4 inch squares. Chop celery in 1/8 inch cuts. Slice tomato into strips, dice bell pepper. Add together with mayonnaise in a serving bowl. Must be fresh. Garnish with the cheddar cheese and crushed olives. Serves 8 to 10.
