Wild Rice Baron - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw wild rice
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 tsp. salt (or less)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Gently cook rice, water and 2 teaspoons salt (covered) for 45 minutes.
    Drain.
    Brown beef.
    Rinse mushrooms; cut tips off stems. Slice and saute with onion and celery in butter 5 to 10 minutes. Combine soy sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Add cooked rice, beef, onion, mushrooms and celery mixture and almonds.
    Toss lightly.
    Place in 3-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Add water, if needed.
    Season to taste.
    Stir several times and garnish with few almonds.
    Serves 12 to 16.
