3 Day Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    7 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Set aside.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm (not hot) water.
    Set aside.
    Melt margarine in 1 cup boiling water and add sugar and 1 cup cold water and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Stir in yeast and margarine mixtures.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    This dough may be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator.
    Pinch off small portions and place in baking dish. Bake at 425\u00b0 until lightly brown.
    Brush with butter.
