Chicken In Orange And Wine(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. white wine
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken and place in shallow baking pan.
Make sauce by mixing sugar and flour; add egg, orange juice and wine and cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until done.
