Calvin'S Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. crookneck squash
1 bundle spring onions
1 small to medium green pepper
1 lb. Hillshire Farms smoked sausage or any other good brand sausage
Preparation

Slice squash about 1/8-inch thick.
Cut up onions including tops.
Slice sausage about 1/2-inch thick.
Slice pepper in small strips.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover the bottom of a skillet or wok with enough Mazola corn oil to sufficiently cook the ingredients.
Heat oil to the desired temperature, pour in the ingredients and cook on medium to high heat, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4.
For added zest, may top off with a little Prego sauce.
