Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 boiled eggs, shelled
2 c. Rose wine
2 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. pickling spice
1 c. water
2 bay leaves
24 peppercorns
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. salt
6 drops food color
Preparation
-
Place eggs in a gallon jar.
Combine remaining ingredients and heat to simmer.
Pour over eggs.
Let stand 4 or more days.
Keeps for weeks.
