Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 c. unbleached flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 c. granulated sugar
4 c. shortening
4 c. chopped pecans
4 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine flour, soda, salt and sugar in very large bowl.
Mix in shortening.
Stir in chips and nuts.
Store in airtight container for 6 months in cool, dry place.
