Coconut Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. margarine, at room temperature
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    2 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Crumb

    Put
    half
    of mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and brown in 350\u00b0 oven until golden. Into bowl,
    prepare pudding according to package instructions and put on crumbs in pan.
    Put Cool Whip on top of pudding and remaining crumb mixture on top of Cool Whip.\tChill and serve. May be prepared day before.
