Chilies-Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 (8 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 qt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    green onions (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt and blend.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix until just blended.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 14 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut in squares and serve hot.
    Yields 16 or more large servings.
