Majeskas(Christmas Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. water
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients to 240\u00b0.
    Add gradually 2 1/2 cups heavy cream and boil to 230\u00b0.
    Add vanilla and cook to 240\u00b0.
    Add pinch of salt at any time.
    Cover 80 (1 1/3 pounds) marshmallows and cool.
    Wrap individually in wax paper.
