Chicken-Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 lb. can sauerkraut
    4 to 5 slices Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Place in baking dish in order given and cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    May add parsley for decoration if desired.
