Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients in a large plastic bag and shake until all potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty potatoes into a large casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and brown. Sliced or grated cheese can be added the last 10 minutes and allowed to melt.
