Stir-Fried Beef Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 medium onions
    1/2 garlic clove
    1 c. broccoli, cut up
    1 c. cauliflower, cut up
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1 beef bouillon cube
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. thin sliced beef, cut into strips
Preparation
    Over medium flame, heat vegetable oil in large skillet. Stir-fry sliced beef, then remove.
    Cut
    onions in thin wedges and mince garlic clove.
    Stir-fry these briefly, then add broccoli and cauliflower and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and replace beef.
    Now mix crushed bouillon cube and soy sauce in.
    Blend cornstarch in 3/4 cup water and add to skillet.
    Stir and cook for 5 minutes more.
    Serve along with cooked rice or mixed vegetables.
