Vidalia Onion Casserole 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 Vidalia onions, sliced 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 pack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute onions in bacon drippings.
    (Requires 2 frying pans with 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings per pan.)
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer onions, cheese and bacon.
    Finish top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
