Crabmeat Casserole(Serves 100) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. crabmeat pieces
8 lb. wide egg noodles
5 lb. cooked chopped broccoli
1 (No. 10) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 lb. butter
5 c. flour
1 1/2 gal. milk
chicken soup base
1/4 c. mustard (prepared)
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Boil and drain noodles.
Prepare cream sauce from butter, flour and milk.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add mustard, lemon juice and soup base to taste.
Combine noodles, crabmeat, broccoli and mushrooms.
Divide into 2 (6-inch deep) steam table pans.
Add sauce to both.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
