Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut into serving pieces with skin removed
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chili sauce or catsup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (moderate).
Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan, place over heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Place chicken in large baking pan.
Pour half of the barbecue sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for about 45 to 60 minutes.
Baste with remaining barbecue sauce every 15 minutes during cooking.
