Crunchy Veggie Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumber
    tomato
    onion
    lettuce
    mushrooms
    water chestnuts
    Italian bread
    1/4 c. any type fat-free dressing
Preparation
    Slice as many vegetables as you want and put on Italian bread. Pour dressing over the whole loaf.
    Cut into individual sandwiches and serve.
    To make an individual serving, cut a piece of Italian bread off and use less dressing.
