Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 can applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together in a large mixing bowl the flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon, then add the oil, eggs, applesauce and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Has better flavor if cooked a day or two before eating.
    Very moist; keeps well.
    Freezes well. Good plain or frosted.
