Valentine'S Raspberry Passion - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Amaretto
2 c. cholesterol-free whipped topping
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. brandy
1/4 c. sliced almonds
2 pie shells, baked
Preparation

Place partially thawed raspberries, egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and Amaretto into a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer at high speed for 15 minutes.
Whip cream until stiff, add vanilla and brandy, then fold cream and almonds into raspberry mixture.
Pour into a pie shell and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Decorate with chocolate hearts or chocolate sprinkles. Serves 12.
