Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 c. sifted enriched flour
 
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted Crisco
1 1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn
Preparation
- 
                            Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
 
Beat eggs with milk; add melted Crisco and whole kernel corn.
Combine two mixtures lightly.
Drop from a tablespoon into shallow Crisco heated to 365\u00b0.
Fry until brown and cooked in center.
