Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla and nuts.
Mix lightly, but well.
Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
Mix until blended in one bowl with electric mixer. Put in two loaf pans.
Bake one hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
