Poke Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O raspberry gelatin or any flavor you want
Preparation

Combine the first five ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin as directed on package. Poke holes in cake with fork.
Pour warm gelatin over cake.
Chill for 4 hours.
Spread prepared whipped topping over cake.
