Cherry-O Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; mix well.
Press evenly and firmly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
Chill.
Let cheese stand at room temperature until soft; beat until fluffy. Gradually add milk, stirring until well mixed.
Add lemon juice and vanilla; stir until well mixed.
Turn into prepared crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
(Do not freeze!)
Top with can of cherry pie filling, chilled.
If you prefer, another fruit pie filling may be used.
