Ingredients

14 lb. butter
6 lb. shortening
35 lb. flour (maybe more)
1 (8 oz.) c. baking powder
1/4 c. salt
15 lb. white sugar
15 lb. brown sugar
1/4 c. vanilla
90 eggs (or 9 lb. frozen)
7 lb. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and cream well. Add dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 8 minutes or until done.
Makes 1,680 cookies.
