Hot Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. cucumbers
2 qt. water
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. salt
1 garlic clove
1 hot pepper
1/2 tsp. dill seed or fresh dill
Preparation

Place cucumbers in quart jars.
In each jar, place 1 garlic clove, 1 hot pepper and dill weed.
Combine water, vinegar and salt.
Pour over cucumbers; seal.
Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
