Catfish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. catfish, cut up
    2 qt. cold water
    1 sliced onion
    1 chopped stalk celery
    salt and pepper
    1 bay leaf
    little parsley
    pinch of thyme
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except the milk and butter, in a kettle or stewpan.
    Cook over low heat until the meat falls apart.
    Add milk and butter.
    Bring to a boil.
    Serve hot.
