Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
    3/4 c. stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Cook squash, carrot and onion together until tender; drain well.
    Add soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup stuffing; mix well.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 to 30 minutes.
