Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 pkg. marshmallows (halved)
Preparation

Melt margarine and cocoa in skillet.
Mix together eggs, sugar, flour and salt.
Add cocoa mixture.
Mix well.
Add pecans. Pour into greased 10 x 14-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Place marshmallows close together on cake.
Place in oven until marshmallows soften.
Remove from oven and press marshmallows down with fingertips.
Let cake cool completely before icing.
