Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick light margarine, melted
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. skim milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Put chicken in casserole dish.
Pour broth over chicken. Spread soup over chicken and broth.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add mixed vegetables.
Mix melted butter, flour and milk together and pour over mixture evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
