Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    3 c. boiling water
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1 1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Stir pudding, gelatin and hot water together and boil, stirring constantly until it thickens.
    Completely cool.
    Add pineapple with juice and drained oranges.
    Fold in whipped cream and chill about 3 hours.
    Excellent holiday salad.
