Coffee Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 can pie filling (lemon, apple, your choice)
Preparation
    Beat together margarine and sugar until creamy.
    Add vanilla and eggs.
    Beat until light and creamy.
    Add flour and blend until smooth.
    Pour 3/4 batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spoon filling on top. Put remaining batter on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
    Cool.
