Pork With Chives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. canola oil
    3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped chives
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in an electric skillet.
    Allow pork chops to cook thoroughly and then remove them from the pan.
    Add sherry to drippings.
    Bring mixture to a boil, then add the cream cheese. Stir cream cheese until melted, then add chives.
    Allow mixture to cook approximately 10 minutes.
    Spoon mixture onto pork and serve.
