Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 lb. pecan halves
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white
Preparation

Mix in large bowl and set aside the cinnamon, salt and sugar. Slightly beat one egg white and 1 tablespoon of water and coat pecan halves with egg mixture.
Add pecans to sugar mixture and coat thoroughly.
Bake on Pam sprayed baking sheet at 225\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes.
