Jellied Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pt. boiling water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. carrots
1 c. cabbage
1 c. celery
Preparation

Pour boiling water over Jell-O. Add vinegar and salt. When slightly thickened, fold in finely shredded vegetables. Serve on lettuce leaf with dressing.
